Quick Byte: Kara's Cupcakes (KaraVan)

At work this week one of my colleagues follows @Karascupcakes on Twitter. After a solid Chinese lunch to bring in the New Year we noticed the KaraVan was just a few blocks away from our office.

We rallied the troops and made the trek to Market Street in downtown SJ.








I have to admit the first time I had Kara's I was not a fan. But, this time I got the dark chocolate cupcake and it was pretty bomb. I'm usually not a big fan on frosting, but this was one was perfectly chocolatey and came with just enough sprinkles :)

Can't beat this -- a $3 snack that gives you the perfect sugar high!
